    As an Osteopath and Bikini pro athlete, Dani has been in the industry specialises in exercise prescription for strength, hypertrophy, performance and injury rehabilitation.

    Her methods as a practitioner encourage her patients to feel educated and in control of their results. Her mantra “Movement Is Medicine” demonstrates that movement is the long-term solution for optimal health and performance.

    When she isn’t with clients, she uses science and real-world experience to mentor other health professionals in business and skill development, as well as directing one of the most prestigious gyms in Sydney, Paddo Performance.

    Dani’s experience over the years has allowed her to learn diverse skills regarding nutritional coaching, goal achievement, business management, organization and professional development, which she also shares on the Level Up Podcast, which she Co-Hosts.

    Dani works along side Dr Andrew Lock and Julie Lock in delivering seminars for “United Health Education.”

    As a Physiotherapist and competitive bodybuilder, Paul Xydis' vision of creating the most well equipped injury rehabilitation centre came to life in 2019 when he founded Paddo Performance.

    Paul specialises in strength based rehabilitation with emphasis on correct lifting technique and problem solving long term strategies for individuals to manage their injuries.

    He works closely alongside his team at Paddo Performance to facilitate a strong multi-faceted and evidence-based approach to rehab, strength and mobility training for clients to reach their goals faster.

    Paul has treated the world’s best strength and physique athletes and prides himself on his ability to understand the demands of training, competing and achieving maximum results.

    He shares his knowledge through conducting seminars, mentoring health professionals and speaking on his podcast “Barbell Bro’s.”
